Kia Canada Inc. welcomes Mr. Michael Kopke as new Director of Marketing

(Mississauga, ON) August 10, 2018 – Kia Canada Inc. is pleased to welcome Michael Kopke as the organization’s new Director of Marketing, reporting directly to Ted Lancaster, Vice President and COO, Kia Canada Inc.

An energetic, innovative, creative and collaborative marketer who has built his entire career within the automotive sector, Michael brings more than 20 years of experience to the role and will be tasked with taking the Kia brand to the next level with Canadian consumers.

“The addition of Michael will bring a fresh vision for the Kia brand and provide critical strategic leadership for our marketing efforts,” said Ted Lancaster, Vice President & COO, Kia Canada Inc.

Michael has held several roles across multiple disciplines including Marketing, Product Management, Business and Sales Planning, CRM and Customer Experience, Brand Communication, and Market Intelligence. Most recently, he held the position of Manager, Marketing Communications at Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd.
