    MADD Partners with Kia

    This holiday season, MADD Chatham-Kent and Lally Kia have joined forces to spread the word about the dangers of drinking and driving. The red ribbon campaign involves an important donation from Lally Kia in the amount of $150 from every sale which will occur between now and the first Monday in January 2013. Co-President of MADD Chatham-Kent believes that traditional thinking around drinking and driving has now changed. She goes on to state, "It used to be socially acceptable to drink and drive, now we know the dangers of drinking and driving and fatalities that occur. It is 100 % preventable, the deaths from impaired driving, the injuries from impaired driving, and we’ve made that aware." 2012 showcases the MADD red ribbon campaign reaching a 25th anniversary milestone.

    Kia Sorento and Sportage offer 'Best Value'

    Kia vehicles are fast becoming recognized as an award winning automotive leader and this week continues the trend with accolades for both the 2013 Sorento and 2013 Sportage. Strategic Vision has just released a consumer survey which ranks both vehicles as being the number one in 'Total Value' in the medium and small SUV segments. This achievement is a stand out for the brand as the study looked at responses for over 350 new vehicles from September 2011 to June 2012. Additional insights gained from the study indicated that car buyers' opinions were largely shaped by quality and innovation. Michael Sprague, Executive Vice President, Marketing & Communications, KMA stated that, "Kia takes great pride in advancing value to new levels of sophistication, and Strategic Vision's 'Total Value' recognition is gratifying because it is based on feedback from Sorento and Sportage customers."
